TPF Cosmetics Privilege Shimmer Pigment
Have you seen our shimmer pigment Privilege yet? This beautiful eye makeup look below was done using Privilege shimmer along with Stone eyeshadow, Covergirl black mascara and 747M lashes. Our super fine pigment is not a glitter, but a high quality pure pigment with a luxurious feel and a buttercream icing scent. They can be used wet or dry. Simply pat them on your lid with our large shadow brush.
