Easy Breezy Summer Cocktails

Raspberry Strawberry -Frozen Prosecco Mimosas From My Dayly Kitchen @mydaylykitchen
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Prosecco
- 4 strawberry popsicles
- 1/2 lb strawberries
- 1/2 lb raspberries
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions

Dice the strawberries and lightly mash a half of the raspberries and add about a teaspoon of each into a wine glass

Place one popsicle in each glass and pour prosecco slowly into the glass, about 1 1/2 cups of prosecco in each drink

Top with a sprinkle of lemon zest, stir the popsicle a few times around and enjoy!
Cocktail Contessa -Blueberry Bourbon Smash @cocktailcontessa
INGREDIENTS
2 oz bourbon whiskey
- 1/2 large lemon, quartered, peel on
- 1 oz blueberry sage simple syrupplain blueberry is stellar in this as well
- 5 large sage leaves
- 1/4 oz amaro optional – I used Cynar
- Top off with lemon seltzer very optional
- Garnish: fresh sage sprig, lemon/raspberry/strawberry sorbet popsicle.
INSTRUCTIONS

In a cocktail shaker, muddle lemon and simple well.

Add sage, muddle, then add bourbon whiskey and amaro.

Add ice, shake hard, strain in a rocks glass or fancy humongous wine glass filled with ice.

Top with lemon seltzer if you want a lighter cocktail.

Garnish with sage and popsicle.
